- API tokens and credentials are encrypted using AWS Secrets Manager / KMS.

- Tokens are short-lived and refreshed automatically; raw data is stored in encrypted databases and retained only while the user account or integration remains active.
We follow industry-standard practices to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide our services. When a user disconnects an integration or deletes their account:
- All associated data and API credentials are removed from our systems.
- Cached or backup copies are deleted within a reasonable time frame as part of routine maintenance.
